What is a good health regimen for someone with asthma? |
What is a good health regimen for someone with asthma? One thing i have learn is milk is bad. I never drink milk or eat ice cream before bed seems to screw up the breathing. try to excise a lil bit also but dont stress yourself out stress is bad and will make your breathing mess up. I have had asthma for 23 years (age 2 i was told 25 now) think positive and drink lots of water that helps keel phlegm down . Hope this helps a lil bit. |
