Is dizziness because of my asthma or my inhaler?

A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with asthma. Lately, the last four days, I have been worse then usual. My breathing problems are worse, but also I'm getting dizzy during and after physical activity (running). Am I getting dizzy as a side effect to my inhaler, or is it because I have asthma? I know it's related to one or the other.

I am taking a daily medication, but I just started taking it yesterday so..

Are you using your inhaler more often? It could be your inhaler. Talk to your doctor. If you are taking Abuterol you might need to switch to something like Xopenex. You might also benefit from a daily medicine like Asmanex. There are many different brands to try.

I know the inhalers cause dizziness. Have you been using it more?
speak with your doctor. Are you drinking enough water?

Caffeine makes you more shaky with the inhalers. Dont take sudafed close to your inhaler, cause that makes you more nervous. Speak to the doctor/pharmacist for more drug interactions.

My daughter has some asthma and uses albuterol nebulizer.

Good luck. I dont know if the asthma itself can make you dizzy.
