What is the best form of Magnesium to take for Asthma and Heart PVCs? |
All i can find is Magnesium Oxide which is the worst form of this mineral. Magnesium is combustible when it comes into any contact with water; this includes contact with vapor in the air. I would only advise you to consume magnesium in an oxidized state. |
