Asthma question..?

i think i have asthma becauseeee:

when i go up or down (more so up) about 14 or so stairs i find myself wheezing as i try to catch my breath.

when working out or running i feel like my chest is tight and air cant get through to my lungs.

im 15 years old, 5'3, 114 lbs

(i mean what do you think)

You may have exercise induced asthma. You need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.

It could be asthma and sounds like asthma, but go to the doctor to make sure it isn't something more serious. If you haven't had asthma yet (at 15) then it would be strange for it to suddenly start, unless, of course, you've started smoking!
