Asthma help??!!? |
hey I am a kid alot like others I got asthma............ But my sport is hockey and I play one of the wings sumtimes center but when your rushing back and forth on the ice I can't breath. What can I do to help it besides takeong my inhaler be for a game Exercise and build up lung strength as much as you can can help, but really all you've got is to bring your inhaler. Maybe you can get a nebulizer, and give yourself a treatment before the game, and when you are playing you can follow up with the inhaler. Check it out with the doctor. Carry an inhaler around your neck on a necklace. lol |
