How to cure asthma?

how to stop asthma from attacking u?
feel a little whilsling inside, hardly breathe

Asthma isn't treatable, though it can be prevented.
My brother has asthma and when he was younger it was alot worse.
He did took on swimming , which helped a whole lot.
Actually I would say that if it wasn't for swimming, he wouldn't be having all those attacks in the middle of the night, be allergic to cats, dogs and dust.
So I would recommend to take on swimming as it can have a higher prevention rate to asthma.

The only 'cure' for asthma is desensitization. However, this isn't a real cure as such, more of a treatment.

Go see a doctor, he/she will be able to help you more.
