Does everybody grow out of asthma? and at what age?

i have had asthma since i was like ehhhh 5 or 6. and its weird, i go through times where i cant tell i jhave asthma and then theres times where im just short on breath so i go to my inhaler and take one puff just to be safe. Im 12 now and when do people usually grow out of asthma

The pattern is usually that babies who have asthma will sometimes "outgrow" their asthma after puberty and remain asthma-free until they are well into adulthood when it returns.
Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Sometimes one never outgrows it, or has a respite from asthma. You just have to stick with the programme and avoid allergens, undue stress, keep your immune system up and avoid smoking.

There are several types of asthma. So it would depend on what type you have. More specific details and you may be able to get a better answer. Or research thre type of asthma you are referencing and then ask a pulmonary specialist. Only they could answer that question with fact.

I did, eventually. I forget what age. Both my parents were heavy smokers and I guess it took awhile to purge that crap from my system.

Heart goes out on that stuff, that inhaler routine sucks big time.

Not everyone grows out of asthma. Every one is different too so there is no exact age when anyone will grow out of it.

my son grew out of around 3, now he's 25 and has it back. I got it as an adult after 6 weeks of dealing with bronchitis that never responded to medication
