A doctor at a hospital told me that he outgrew asthma.?

I went there two years ago because I had pheunomia, and a doctor there told me that when he was a kid, he had asthma, but now it's completely gone. How can I outgrow my asthma?

I only get symptoms once a month!

My son "outgrew" his asthma, but he also had a lot of nutritional support for his immune system. Lots of Vitamin C is an excellent start. Eating healthy is important, too.

He has been healthy for years, but did have a brief relapse when exposed to second hand smoke for a long period of time.

You can get older! That is all that is required. My niece
had very bad asthma when she was a small child into
her mid teens and she is now in her mid 20s and is fine.
Not everyone does outgrow it but some people as they mature do. There is not way to rush it it is just time and
it doesn't happen to everyone.
