How to improve my asthma condition?i sang alot these days and have an asthma attack,?

wat can i do to improve, like do what in my everyday life,or prevent wat lifestyle...

i've heard swimming helps too....but i've been an asthmatic since i was a baby.....i'm 21 now, and it's only been the recent 5 years that i have not had an attack.

I lived in a hot country before, and it was there that it was really bad. I live in the UK now, and I've only had one or 2 attacks. Try staying away from the things that trigger your asthma....such as dust, pollen, furry animals....anything that will get your allergies going.

If you have the brown inhaler (becotide) take that twice daily...that is to prevent any attacks occuring. But always walk with your blue inhaler (ventolin) and use it as and when needed, more particularly when you feel the tightening of your chest.

Make sure to take vitamins regularly, so your not as prone to colds or flu...

I've never really heard of singing and getting an attack, but I use to get my attacks from laughing too much and too hard. It all has to do with how much controlled air is getting to your lungs I think.....that's y they say that swimming is good, it helps to exercise your breathing. BUt when I swam, it made my chest really tight...so.....i dunno..

Asthma is also something that you can tend to grow out of...that's been the case with me i think...just try not to put yourself in a likely position of having an attack and that will probably improve your condition. Know your body and what affects you...and stay away (for now) ;)

If yuou feel that your asthma is not under control, there are daily medicines that you can take to improve how often you have attacks and help control your symptoms. Just talk you your dr

I herd that swimming helps alot. But I dont have asthma so I dont know from experience.
