Urgent: i am having an asthma attack right now and i have no medication to treat it.? |
it is 4 in the morning, there is nobody i can get in contact with and i have no inhaler and i think i have trouble breathing after i cleaned my room in with the air conditioner running. what can i do to treat my asthma? one minute its not as bad, the next minute, it is severe, the severity of the attack varies from time to time. i think it has to do with mucus buildup. put your head in the freezer the cold air will relax your lungs Why have you no medication? Do you actually have asthma? Asthma is about the constriction of the bronchial passages, not mucus build-up (bronchitis). Inhalers don't clear mucus. If you have mucus build-up issues then steam inhalation can help - but be careful not to scald yourself with it! Well ,if you can make it to store you can get some primatene. CALL 911 ASAP! |
