Asthma or?kinda weird? |
during sprints a few days ago i was running at full speed we prolly did 15 50 yard sprints and my throat felt like it was swelling. like reducing the amount of air i could take in with one breath.i had a physical before football season started and they didnt detect any problems with my lungs.it didnt hurt it just was weird because that has never hapend to me yet.then again i have never run that hard that long before either.is this a form of asthma or am i just out of shape lol ...i have never had an attack before dr's have never mentiond asthma to me.it kinda sounded like i was weezing but i was just breathing hard.hands on my head to open my lungs but that didnt help.ps could medicines i take affect my breathing I don't care if you had a physical talk to a Doctor ASAP. My daughter has throat constriction with her asthma and when I told the doctor about her throat and chest tightening up he immediately gave me a free inhaler to take home and keep on her at all times. He said this is definitely not anything to play with. She wasn't even in the office I was there with my other child. You could have exercise induced asthma but all asthma should be treated seriously. Think about it you have to breathe to live, simple enough. Do you have any allergies? It could be that your airway was restricted due to that or maybe you were just a little out of shape. If it happens again, you might want to talk to your doctor about it. |
