Do i have asthma? or am i out of shape? |
ok im out of shape..badly..im not overweight..i weighh 195 and am 6ft..but am defintaely out of shape. well me nd my friend started running about a week ago..afte ri would get done i would be tired but would always catch my breath back...well today we ran..and all day i was just sitting round not doin much then got up n ran..it was the longest we had run and the fastest...we were pretty much sprintin for us it was bout a mile run..when i was done running even 15 min later i couldnt get my breath back..it felt like i was breathin in hot air and my chest felt a little tight..but idk if i may have pulled osmethn or its muscles workin??? so do i have asthma?? or is it cuz i pushed myself too hard???? It seems you are out of shape. If you had asthma you would feel breathless any time, not just after excersise. Symptoms of asthma: breathless, chest pain, cough, and a typical noise called sibilants ( is like a whistle inside your chest), it does not stop until you receive the right medication. usually when u push ur lungs beyond its capability, u will feel that tight pain, i had that when i first started long running...ur body is increasing ur lungs capacity just like how muscles build....however, if it takes more than 5 min to catch ur breathe, thats a problem you shouldnt run so much at one time. |
