Asthma,suffers, any good remedies?


I'm 43 and started suffering with asthma in april this year.
ok so i have an inhaler, but is there anything in the shops that i can plug into my bedroom socket to give me a better nights sleep, and make my wheeze a bit better in the morning

If you have an inhaler that you use twice daily then you should definitely use that so that it can keep your pathways open. You might also want to use your fast-acting inhaler before bed for the same effect. Investing in an air purifier might work too.

First, take care of your diet, NO milk at all, avoid meat, white sugar, pastas and all kind of junk food like mcdonald.

nothing in the stores -get a referral to a pulmonologist. learn your triggers & take your meds as prescribed.
