my 5 yr old had caught had lice from one of the kids at school! she has asthma so i was wondering what i can use to get rid of the lice? any home remendies? something because i heard you cant use lice medicine when u have asthma, it even says on the bottle not to use if have asthma. she doesnt have asthma bad tho..

what kind of acholo

I know exactly what you are going through. When my gorgeous niece came home with a dose of head lice from school, we were all quietly horrified, to say the least. I think we did quite well to contain how we felt, but in our own way we never really expected or were prepared for how much it was going to affect all of our lives.

The ONLY safe way to get rid of head lice permanently is to use a totally natural alternative to the chemical preparations, then use prevention methods such as hairspray and tea tree mixed with water in a spray bottle every day to ensure they never return.

A natural remedy containing Neem oil is recommended as this renders the lice unable to breed so therefore unable to build up a resistance.

Because your daughter has asthma it is especially important you don't go near the chemical treatments. As for the dog shampoo theory, I know you won't even be considering that one. Where do people get these ideas from.

Feel free to check out the articles at the following site for more advice.

Good luck.

when u comb the hair with the lice comb each time stick it in a cup of alcohol. when u do that it kiils the bugs and they will fall off of the comb.

this is going to sound a little weird, but go to a pet store and buy dog shampoo. ask if it can be used on someone with asthma. that should don it. :-)

Use tea tree oil. It's natural and very effective.

My mum used to do our hair with tea tree oil and turn our heads upside down in the bath and they'd just fall out.

put baby oil in her hair then use a lice comb to comb them out that works good
