Homemade medicine for asthma?

Homemade medicine for asthma?

If you are in the middle of an asthma attack, use ventolin or whichever bronchodilator you normal use.

You can go to your local qualified naturopath to have a workup done and get suggestions about natural things you can do to help reduce asthma attacks but there is nothing that you can really make at home to treat yourself safely.

The closest thing I can recommend is to stand over a boiling pot of water with a towel on your head and breathe in the steam to help unclog your airways.

Marijuana helps some people. Even though it is smoke, it actually opens your pathways unlike tobacco actually closes them.

Don't even think about it. Stick with the medical science. You don't want to end up in an E.R.
