You may have pneumonia when you have the ff symtoms -fever, cough, ashtma not relieved by usual medications, progressive difficulty of breathing, chest pain, malaise... Severe crackling sounds deep in the chest is a good symptom that would indicate fluid in the lungs. The best way is to go to the doctor so they can listen to all parts of your chest with a stethoscope and take a chest x-ray if need be. I am sure they are quite similar. Do you have a lot of chest congestion? Recently getting over a cold? Does it hurt to cough? The best bet would be to ask your doctor. |
