walking
Pilates will get rid of belly fat quickly.
Yoga would be good. It helps burn fat and tones you up. Plus, it's very slow paced, so there is no worry about aggrivating your asthma. I would also suggest consulting with a personal trainer, as they can help design a specific exercise plan for you. And I would also think about a mild diet. Nothing extreme, but something where you could slowly lose weight while you are exercising. Good luck to you.
Walking is great for it. Start small if you don't do much exercise now, say 10 minutes. Work up to about 30 min's daily.
Just read an article that suggests drinking 10 ounces of water before a meal, and right after will drop pounds. Also, very slow paced exercise routine such as yoga, pilates or simply walking.
Lie flat on back
Knees up
Place right foot on left knee
place hands under head
rest head on hands to support the neck
Lift opposite shoulder to right knee
Switch
Exhale as you lie back
inhale as you rise
Pushing back away from the dinner table is an excellent weight loss exercise...
Limit yourself to about 5 calories for each pound of body weight.
If you currently weigh 200 lbs, limit yourself to 1000 calories per day for a good weight loss diet..
