I get excessive phlegm in lungs after meals - choking sensation and Asthma?

If your meals consist of dairy products, I can understand why. Stop the dairy and watch the symptoms go away.
As above answer - but also you may have developed an allergy/intolerance to any of the ingredients. The best thing you can do is keep a diary of what you are eating, and make a note of when you react. Then see what the common factor is in each meal. Chances are your body has decided not to accept it anymore.
Dairy makes you phlegmy and you could have an allergic reaction!
This sounds serious, you should see a Doctor.
There can be several reasons:
Lactose intolerance or Lactose Allergies
Casein (Milk Protein)
Gluten Intolerance (starches, breads, pastas, etc)
Or Allergies to certain foods.
