Dont wanna go v quacks make u worse sumtimes!!!!!!!!!

try an over the counter inhaler like primetine mist or a cheap off brand Source(s): husband has asthma and this is what he uses
I have asthma also and you should visit your local surgery for regular check-ups.

However, if you're looking for something natural that will ease breathing whilst ill or with a cold then try olbas oil. http://olbas.co.uk/
What ever you decide to buy don't buy Dodo's they work OK till you stop taking them, then you get a bad attack.
If you really have asthma you need to see a doctor. Over the counter medications like epinephrine (Primatine) only work briefly and for acute attacks. Use repeatedly, rescue inhalers prescription or OTC can cause some serious heart problems. Plus if your breathing is deteriorating, this can make the situation much much worse.

Asthma is a serious life-threatening illness.
I dont know
It would be best to consult the pharmacist with your symptoms and then discuss what allergies you may have prior to them making any assessment for over the counter remedies.
However I would suggest seeing your doctor
