What would my peak flow be if i had a moderate asthma attack?


normaly my peak flow is 390~420 when i had my attack it was ~190

That is my normal peak flow as well, and during a moderate asthma attack mine was about 180-200.
I was too anxious for a ambulance to get there to even try a peak flow reading
my peak flow meter during an attack is usually 50% of my normal level which around 350-390; and when my attacks are really bad I can't even blow in a peak flow meter
