Loud heart beat, Asthma, Unknown symptoms please help? |
When I get out of breath from running (and that's pretty quickly) I get really dizzy, I am out of breath, I can feel/ hear my heart beat in my head (its really loud). My temples are *booming* and I feel Like I`m going to faint, I also loose balance. You are just probably hyperventilating. When you run/exercise, it makes your heart race. That is whh they call cardio exercise. Whether you are in good shape or not, you breathe a bit faster when you are exercising. Sometimes you may breathe too fast and because of that you blow off too much CO2. CO2 is a vasodilator. So when you blow off too much it causes your blood vessels to constrict especially around the brain. This is what causes dizziness. Asthma could play a role in it, but all of your symptoms could be just from exercising. When you feel dizzy, take a break and catch your breath. I seriously suggest you get yourself to a doctor ASAP. |
