Smoking With Asthma. Now Giving Up.? |
Hi there It's a very wise decision to quit smoking. You're smart to stop smoking now ... damage s/b minimal. I don't believe you'll cough up any crap ... re the wheeze ... only time will tell. I would suggest that you do breathing exercises to strengthen your lungs. I am so proud you are quitting, The world needs more people like you! triggering factor once involved it is always a botheration ---better get treated |
