Asthma or out of shape? |
I used the treadmill yesterday for 15 minutes at about 3.4mph, and had to stop because my lungs were feeling a little cramped and like I couldn't get enough air, its been almost a full day and I still feel like I can't get enough air when I breath. Its prolly asthma, i have running induced asthma btw. You can get a prescription for an inhaler- it really helps alot. If you had to stop the treadmill cause you were tired then it would prolly be out of shape, but since ur stopping cause ur having shortness of breath, its asthma. And lungs cant be out of shape as far as i know lol. The only way you can know for sure, is if you see the doctors. your answer is in the site i mentioned in my sources |
