Am i having asthma..?

I am 17 yo and when i exercise or exert myself i start feeling the difficulty in breathing. I feel as if i am not able to inhale properly and start coughing with the production of phlegm.
These symptoms are not continuous but occur only on exertion and exercise and automatically gets ok on resting for a while.
