What simple things will set asthma off?

My cousin just had an asthma attack but it wasn't a real big one but because he is quite young his parents are worried that it's going to happen again and they don't know alot about asthma so what simple things could trigger his asthma again and what should he avoid doing?

hiya, dogs, cats, birds can set asthma of,so can dust, bed mites.some foods, the heat, having a bad cold.there are lots of things.mine is set of with the list above.

I have recently crossed asthma, and luckily beaten it. It used to be set off by pollen in the flowers, making me sneeze and cough. I also had to get rid of my dog, Dayna, because I was getting effected by her fur. Dusty houses can also trigger the chest, causing you to sneeze and cough. Try to keep him hydrated, with plenty of water and he should be fine. Hope I helped.

Thunderstorms will almost always trigger an asthma attack.
It can become serious and very distressing for the sufferer so please get him to a doctor and supplied with an inhaler.

hot stuffy weather.cold weather.dust.axiety.rushing about.especiely the last two

Allergies, exercise, pollutants. He should see a doctor.

Some people have different triggers. But some common ones are pet dander, dust, pollen, smoke.
