Please provide links of medical study or journal thanks What if I show you links that show the opposite? Proof that saturated fats do not cause arteriosclerosis. Check out this site. Saturated fats are not half as much of a problem as LOTS of Saturated fats and no exercise. Exercise is a factor that is often overlooked. Eskimos eat lots of saturated fats and don't get atherosclerosis. Why? Because they burn lots of calories with the things they do. Got any lab rats? |
