A women with bacterial vaginosis...does effect the mans penis? itching? anything normally? No. Lucky for them, they don't react to it at all. They are not carriers and it is not sexually transmitted. There are some studies that link getting BV with being sexually active and having multiple sex partners but nowhere does it state whether or not your male sexual partners promiscuity has any effect. Unfortunately BV is still somewhat of a mystery but I was also told that men are not carriers nor will they be affected. The cause of BV is your PH level, and is rather common among women. If you are having fairly regular problems and have to repeatedly go to the doctor for antibiotics, I would try an over the counter product called RePhresh. I have been using it for the past couple of months and it works great! |
