Bacterial Vaginosis and No Period?

I've had recurrent bacterial vaginosis for about six months, and just recently I stopped having my period (four month lapse). Could these be connected?

I have been to a doctor... several actually... and i'm just wondering if anyone else has heard of this

Are you taking medication for your BV? If not, you should be. If your dr. is not answering your question to your satisfaction, I would recommend finding a new dr. Or there could be another reason for your missed period, possibly pregnancy, or another issue.

you might want to ask a doc about that one
