I know I have BV but no healthcare. I've purchase folic acid, probiotic and acidophilus tablets. Is it okay to douche with any of these tablets? You should never, ever douche. You could contact your local family planning clinic to be examined and treated for BV. Most family planning clinics have a sliding fee scale based on your income.
