Biofeedback: how to effectively do it without equipment? |
what are ways i can effectively do biofeedback without buying tons of equipment. i know that i can check my pulse, but what are some other things i can do? In doing a bit of research, it's about being very tuned into your body. Are your muscles tight or loose? Is your breathing rapid and shallow or deep and relaxed? Are you feeling anxious or mellow? I believe you may be able to check in with yourself using a scale of 1 - 10. For example, on a scale of 1 - 10 how tight are your muscles? On a scale of 1 - 10 how relaxed is your breathing? Breath work is SO important with relaxing so this may be another avenue to investigate. |
