Anyone done a biofeedback before? more..? |
its a method by which a person learns to control their heart rate or other physical or mental processes by using information from recordings of those processes. i think its interesting so please share Yeah, it works. Try biodots for an inexpensive way to do this. I read a little about it, I think it has it's place. I just did not have money or time to take advantage of it when I should have. You can learn to control your triggers that start you into a behavior that up's your blood pressure or congests your lungs or causes histamines to attack your system. It is interesting and helpfull, causes you to immediately chill, focus on maintaining control instead of falling into stress patterns. Yes, I have done biofeedback several times. I listened to very relaxing recordings while sitting in a recliner in a dark room. What could be more relaxing? I used the biofeedback method for stress and sleeping. It was terrific! The method was very helpful in teaching me to handle stressful experiences related to a chronic medical condition. The therapy helped me to manage my medical problems better. |
