Please help me, my bipolar disorder is bringing me to suicide? |
I have been on medication for this, wellbutrin, trileptal, topamax, prozac & zyprexa as needed. I have been crying for hours basically over the smallest things, and every day I get upset over the smallest things. It's like I am a total different person and as if I am not allowing myself to be happy.... =( I'm 18 and I have been so depressed lately to where I have been cutting myself. I need different medication but sadly I do not trust my doctor, I moved here and stayed on these medications considering he put me on some wacked up pills. What would you suggest I do?? I am VERY UNHAPPY. Hmm that would explain your homophobia horsey... Trust your doctor... Your doctor isn't trying to kill you... So my suggestion to you is continue taking your meds... and see a therapist. Because just taking out you problems with someone who will listen is all you need and you will totally feel better. If you are that suicidal, go immediately to the nearest E.R. that you can find that has a psychiatric ward. If they don't, they can refer you. I don't want you to lose your life over something that can be fixed. The minute you report to the ER staff that you are suicidal, they will immediately seek help for you. You have two signs of major depression that you have mentioned and I believe you probably have more. Self-mutilation (cutting yourself). Constant crying. Please go to the ER or walk in to a psychiatrist's office. If you tell them your symptoms, they will see you. Trust me. medical education I am special EDDDD!!! Suicide is not the answer at all! If you don't trust your doctor, try changing to a different one. Get the opinion of several different professionals. Talk to someone you trust. Talk to a local counselor. Get help asap! Get a new doctor or find in your area the local Mental Health Clinic in your area this sounds like one of your down phases, idk how long itll last, or anything else about that, but itll pass eventually. for help, you should contact a crisis hotline, and maybe see a professional phsychiatrist, theyll be able to help you, and adjust your medications to the appropriate amounts. please dont commit suicide, that wont help things a bit, and it will devastate your family and friends. |
