Bipolar--the opposite of Add or ADHD--which i have--if ur spouse has add thats good--cos u two need to have an medium to work with--for starters FORGET about the past and all those hurt that ppl inflicted on u--they wud have forgotten and moved on--start ur life fresh and clean--u dont need any mess to clutter ur brain waves-forgive and forget the 2 magic words--i no its tuf--my sister who i love more than the world is bipolar and she can relate things that happened 35 yrs ago--i forget stuff that happened a fortnite ago-i moved on-i got hurt but that dont matter to me--for her-its just the opp--so hard for her to forget Or forgive--shes hurting-i love her so much Source(s): health
