Does anyone know of a live bipolar disorder support chat room online?

It is the mental health sanctuary for bipolar disorder. Most sites simply have message boards not live chats. My advice would be to be careful getting too involved in a mental health chat. People often are there not to get help, but to criticize or hurt others. Also, sometimes there are people in the chat trying to convince others that their unconventional therapy or treatment is best, although it could be extremely dangerous (a fact they do not point out.) My advice would be to use on line chat with caution and make sure you still follow treatment with a doctor. Also, actual support groups can be very helpful. Yes go www.depression chat room.com or webmd.com now the webmd.com was helpfull at the begining for me but then they became very negative and not helpfull so you may not want to go there, I tried to go back there and they turned their backs on me so go to the first one.
