Where can I find a book about bipolar disorder in layman's terms?

There is an excellent 14 page information sheet that will answer almost every question you need to ask on Bi-Polar disorder.

I have only today given a copy to a neighbour who is a carer of his wife with Bi-polar, and depression. He stated that it was excellent, tho I knew that already. I say this to encourage you. There are other options and books, yet this is free, and in plain language. Take care and be adventuress.

I read a good book about ten years ago called Prisoner of the Mind. It was written by a lady that realized she was going crazy.
