No, because there aren't any. Diagnosis is through assessment only, so each psychiatrist will ask their own questions. Ultimately, they are looking for evidence of the symptoms described in DSM-IV or ICD-10.

When I was diagnosed, I was just asked a bunch of questions. I remember answering one question about how episodes developed that I later found was a perfect description of a mixed episode, although I had never heard the term.
