Is a person born with Bipolar disorder?

Im in psychology i shoul dknow this, but i dont so, im asking on here because i wont be in class to ask the teacher for like aweek in a half. And yes, this is doing my own research, at least one form.
So are you born bipolar? and if not, what are a few things that can cause a person to become bipolar?

I think its genetic so in a way yes but most people dont show signs till teen years or early 20's..

I would say it has a genetic component so yes you are born with it. When it shows up is another matter. Stress and traumatic events like molestation can cause it to show up sooner.

YES & NO, BEING MHMR CLASSES HAVE TAUGHT ME THAT ALTHOUGH IT IS A INHERENT THING ABUSE EARLY IN CHILDHOOD CAN CAUSE DAMAGE WITH SUCH RESULTS
