Fiancee with bipolar disorder? |
I am engaged to a man who has severe bipolar disorder. It hasn't been that bad up until about two weeks ago. I am about to go crazy. I mean it. I am about to lose my freaking mind. He has his ups and he has his downs. It is more downs lately. He is rude, mean, hateful, and just plain selfish. I love him so much it hurts to see him this way. He is not on any medication right now. I took him today to get it. Like for instense i asked him today would he load the dishwasher while i ran some errands. i come home and of course he hasn't done it. so i do it. i might as well take the trash out myself too. so i do that as well. when i come back in he blurts out well you could have asked me. i said i asked you to load the dishwasher and you didnt do that why would i ask you to take the trash out. he yelled what the F K ever. I dont know what to do. He has no money he doesnt work he has nowhere to go. What in the world do i do i would suggest if this guy can't take steps to get better and meet you halfway....you may wish to reconsider a marriage. if is 80% you and 20% him...this will be a short lived union anyway. if he can show you steps to improve...fine.,....if not...be very careful. it takes abt two weeks for the meds to work |
