Darkestirish's figures are pretty up to date, but be aware that it's currently a 'trendy' diagnosis, so figures are on the rise. 15 years ago, the figures were around 0.6% of the population would suffer at some point in their lives. I've seen figures that say that 'diagnosis rates' may get as high as 4-5%. But then again, 15 or 20 years ago every other kid you came across was ADHD... |
