Can someone develop bipolar disorder from a traumatic brain injury?


This is for a screenplay.

Someone can have unstable emotions that look like bipolar from a brain injury... as well as develop impulsivity which may go with bipolar.

Uhh no bi-polar is genetic you are born with it. They can have seizures like epileptic ones. Or they can be paralyzed.
