Can a Bipolar disorder patient NOT have 'suicidal tendency'....but every other symptom?

What are the most significant symptoms of this disorder?
Are depression and mania in BD linked to a particular thing like money....,i.e., the patient is manic when he has money and depressed when he doesn't haveany?

Look up sites about bipolar disorder criteria that come from the DSM IV. That'll tell you how many symptoms out of a list that you'd need. It's the book that psychiatrists go by so it's very reliable!

(And depression/mania are not caused by outside factors typically, they come and go randomly. However, certain things like drugs and lack of sleep may exacerbate the episiodes.)

Yes, as the presence of suicidal ideation is not required for a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder.

The mood extremes with Bipolar Disorder can be triggered by things such as something good or bad happening. Sleeping too much and sleeping too little, while both are symptoms of depression and mania, respectively, doing either can trigger a mood shift. For example, staying up later for whatever reason can induce mania. Of course, effective medication will go a long way toward reducing that risk.

External factors like money/work/relationships etc can definitely act as triggers to set off manic/depressive episodes.
The trick is learning to recognise them...

Certainly.
