Do you think that i could either have add or bipolar disorder?

i cant concentrate on anything its really hard for me
i get seriously really hyper
and then sad
but my sadness lasts for about 15 minutes and when im hyper im hyper for about like 1 hour idk what this is
and i usually dont sleep a lot
could it be something else

yea but it keeps on repeating like im hyper then sad then hyper then sad again and it keeps on going and going

Definitely not bipolar. If you were, you'd have manic moods that would last for many weeks to months and then depression episodes that would last for weeks to months.
ADD would affect your concentration. But more so than what you have described.
Honestly, it sounds like you have a high metabolism. That's all.
If you really are concerned about the lack of sleep though, you should probably go see your doctor.

well my mums bipolar and iv had a bit of contact with other ppl who r bipolar 2 and i wudnt dismiss it. ups and downs can last any amount of time.minutes 2 years. but also caffiene and sugar and e numbers can make u hyper and sad Report Abuse

First start by getting more sleep. Look at your diet and lifestyle for contributing factors. If those things don't help, check with your doctor. When you find out what it is you can figure out how to manage it. :o) Report Abuse
