Mental Health/Rehab in Ontario? Eating Disorder & Bipolar? |
I'm bulimic and bipolar, I have recently learned I will have to go to some kind of mental health center or rehab for some time until i can work through my problems. ontario only the main thing is to find people you can relate to, and make friends with people of different ages. you always learn from them. Also see if you can have a laptop or see if the facility has computers then join an online group like dailystrength.org or something for extra support. there are people on that site of all different ages all over the world. also its free you can join. I signed up for few different groups and everyone is so nice on there and supportive. As long as you go to a decent facility, that you feel you can make some sort of connection with someone whether they are old, young, or middle - aged, and the staff treats you well, then you should be fine. also see about any activities that they have to stay busy and connect with people. I have this friend that is very bipolar look when you are about to through a fit just breath in and out thats what i tell my friend and she turns out okay. |

I was 15 and started to date a guy who went to the same school as me. He was very upfront and told me he was bipolar before... Two answers. First, your driving history would not prevent you from becoming a cop. Second, only the department psychologist can make the determination as to your bipolar issue preventing you... If you think you have Bi Polar go see your GP and ask them or ask them for a referal to a child psychiatrist. Mental health professionals do not like diagnosing minors with mental disorders and eve... I say you're going through Major depression... I HATE to use the word disorder because I really think taking too many drugs to fix a problem isnt always good.... I'm sure you suffered ex... I'm like that and i'm 17... lol i thought i was bi-polar too, but i think i'll just wait until i've found out who i really am. You just have to wait it out until you find you... |
