Bipolar disorder survey?

Is there any online surveys I can take to indicate how severe my bipolar is? I know I have it because it's pretty obvious, and it runs in my family. But I haven't come across a questioner that could survey how bad it is, if it's bipolar 2 or something else, and I really need to know so I can just be at peace with myself. Thank you

i dated a guy who was bipolar and it was obvious because
he would go through long periods of time of depression,
followed by an equally long stage of mania where he would
feel extremely high in energy, he would talk a lot and very
fast and he would also have a high sexual drive. However,
sometimes the changes between mania and depression would
happen in a matter of seconds. He also had a lot of trouble
controlling his emotions and trouble sleeping. If this sounds
like you, it could potentially be very severe and you maybe require
medication. However, the only way to truly know is to talk to a psychologist because bipolar is a complicated disorder and no internet
test could accurately give you the answers you need.

Try to see your doctor, or get a referral to a psychiatrist so THEY can determine it.
