My girlfriend takes a pill for her thyroid. How will a birth control pill affect this? |
Something is wrong with her thyroid, I think it's underactive but I'm not sure, but she takes a pill daily for it. She is afriad to take the pill because she doesn't know how these two will interact. Any help? They do not interact, i take thyroxine for my underactive thyroid gland, and the dr told me that the pill will not be affected at all. I have thyroid disease and I take YAZ. My Dr. didnt think it would bother me and so far it hasnt |
