If you forget to take your birth control pill one day can you take two the next?

If you forget to take your birth control pill one day can you take two the next?

Yes, take two and continue as normal for the rest of the pack.

If you miss 2 days you can take 2 pills for 2 days and then continue as normal.

If you miss three, you throw the pack away and start with a new one the following Sunday.

If you've missed a pill, make sure to use a back up method (condoms) for the rest of the pack!

Read the package that came with your pack, or talk to your doctor, or talk to your pharmacist, or google your pill and find out what to do.

MY pill (Kariva) says to take it when you remember then take the pill at your regular time as usual.

read the package. Probably not just take one.

If you forgot one pill - better take it as soon as possible (don't wait!) but on the same day on the right time take the next pill.

Yes. If you forget to take your pill until the next day, take it as soon as you remember. Then take the pill for that day at its usual time.

yes you can but make sure you don't take it to much in a day.

there is no need to
just use extra protection
you have a "12hr window" if you take it within the 12hrs after a missed pill then you are ok to carry on with the next pill at the time you take it if it is after than id leave it and just use extra protection

NO..take the emergency pill.

Yes, you can take two the next day or as soon as you discovered you missed the pill take it and then take the next pill as scheduled. Now, when you miss (I BELIEVE) 3 in a row you have to do something different. However, I'm sure that by missing it one day you can take two the next and you will be safe to have sex as usual. Anything more than one day you have to take the pills and use additional protection because there will be a chance of pregnancy. I recommend that you keep the instructions from one pack of you birth control pills somewhere so if you need to refer to it you will have it. That way you will feel better having it in writing and not relying on us to give you accurate information. But I'm pretty sure with your question, you will be able to take two the next day. If you feel unsure, take two today, because it is Sunday, and then call your doctor tomorrow and have him or her tell you what you should do. I know how it is to feel worried.
