Birth control pills decreasing libido: are there any vitimins/supplements that can help? |
I have read that taking folic acid supplements can help with the moodiness associated with the pill, because the pill can deplete the folic acid in your body, which can lead to depression. every birth control i take decreases my libido too. apparently ginko bioba is good for helping with this, it known to boosts brain power but also to improve circulation and libido... its quite expensive tho usually 拢10 for a months supply so shop around :) |
