Birth control pills least likely to cause side effects?

I am prone to depression and would like to continue taking bc pills...does anyone have a recommendation? Any great success with a certain kind?
would it be worth it to do a non-hormonal IUD?

Considering I been on birth control for about 8 years and have tried EVERYTHING under the sun...I find that after trying the shots, the insertions, different pills, etc. that YAZ is AWESOME and the best one!!
It has a low dose of the one hormone (forget which one but look up YAZ on google) and it makes you not gain weight, no pimples, short periods...EVERYTHING..it awesome i love it and have been on it for about 4 years now...

i take the nuvaring
its a low hormone ring inserted into the vagina for 21 days and removed for 7....and repeat.
you don't feel the ring at all really, and you can have sex with it and you don't usually feel it unless it turns which has never happened to me.
you don't have to remember to take a pill everyday and i find that the depression and rage i experienced from other oral birth control is barely there at all.
i suggest its worth a try.
