I have been on birth control almost four years. I have a tilted cervix and I may have taken a few pills late?

during this month. What's the likelihood that I am pregnant?

Probably very unlikely. Usually when people stop taking their birth control because they want to get pregnant, it takes a couple months to get it all out of their system and get pregnant, although missing just one you can still get pregnant, but you would also have to have sex during ovulation, so their are a lot of factors making it unlikely.
