Is it safe to switch birth control pill times?

Today is my 3rd month on Alesse.

I take the pill around 10:30PM, haven't really had side effects so far.

Is it safe for me to start taking it at noon when I start my 4th month pack?
Will there be side effects (is it like starting birth control all over)?

Thanks.

It is completely safe. Take tonight's pill at 10:00 PM. Then take each days pill 1 hour earlier, until you get to 12:00 noon.

consult a doctor, my doctor told me it's fine to switch if its like 4 hours...but for you it's a little more..ask your doctor
